Israeli military straps injured Palestinian man to hood of jeep

The Israeli military reportedly strapped an injured Palestinian man to the hood of a military vehicle during an operation in the occupied West Bank. A video circulating online shows the man lying across the front of the Israeli jeep as it drove through a neighborhood. The incident occurred during counterterrorism operations in the Wadi Burqin area west of Jenin. The Palestinian Red Crescent stated that its crews were initially prevented from providing first aid, but the man was eventually transferred to a hospital.
